BALTNET (Baltic-New-England Development Network, Inc.) is a non-profit organization established in 2006 in Connecticut, which provides resources to businesses, and cultural and educational institutions in the Baltics and in the New England region of US. Its mission is to facilitate successful collaboration between parties from New England and Lithuania, Estonia.

BALTNET also seeks to facilitate trade and investment between these regions by furthering the business interests of the players from both sites. The organization is working to identify areas of commercial compatibility, develop business or academic partnerships, inform businesses about mutually beneficial opportunities, and provide insights into business markets in both regions.

BALTNET is also committed to increasing the visibility of the Baltics and to helping others to understand the variety of assets available including a highly educated force, innovative economic and technology resources, and a rich cultural heritage of three Baltic States.
